South Africa–wide delivery. Tracked. Collector-safe packaging.
Handling Time: Orders are packed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day. Pre-orders ship on or after the official release date.
Standard Delivery
Nationwide delivery via established courier partners. Typical transit is 2–4 business days to major centres and 3–6 business days to outlying areas.
Transit estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, and handling time.
Express Delivery (Major Centres)
Faster delivery is available to major metropolitan areas including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and Gqeberha. Typical transit is 1–2 business days, subject to courier cut-off times.

Click & Collect is offered from our Midrand location when available. Availability and instructions will be confirmed during checkout or by email.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over R999. This offer applies automatically at checkout and may exclude oversized or special-handling items where clearly indicated.
Packaging & Tracking
- Collector-safe packaging including protective sleeves and reinforced cartons.
- Tracking details are sent via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
Pre-Orders & Split Shipments
Pre-orders ship on or after the official release date. Manufacturer or distributor delays will be communicated.
Mixed carts containing in-stock items and pre-orders ship together by default. Separate shipments may be arranged on request, subject to additional shipping fees.
Remote Areas & PO Boxes
Remote areas may incur additional transit time or surcharges. Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes; a physical address is required.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels
- Please inspect parcels on delivery and note any visible damage with the courier.
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery to support@fantasygc.co.za with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Where appropriate, outcomes may include a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with courier assessment and applicable consumer law.
