Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Your Rights as a Customer

We fully comply with the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008). Customers are entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Return Timeframe

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We recommend reporting any issues within 48 hours for faster resolution.

Collectible & Specialty Items

Due to the collectible and limited nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. This includes trading cards, sealed collectibles, blind boxes, graded items, digital goods, pre-orders, and sale items.

These limitations do not affect any rights or remedies available to you under the Consumer Protection Act.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within the stated timeframe so that we can assess the issue.

  • Email support@fantasygc.co.za with your order number.
  • Provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable.
  • Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit if agreed.

Return Shipping

If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs. For any other approved returns, shipping costs may apply.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Where required by law, a replacement or alternative remedy may be offered for defective or incorrectly supplied items, subject to stock availability.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged in advance to secure limited stock. If a pre-ordered item cannot be supplied within a reasonable time or becomes unavailable, customers will be offered a refund or store credit.

Digital Goods

Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law.

Packaging & Box Condition

Minor packaging imperfections (such as light scuffs or corner wear) that do not affect the product itself are not considered defects.
